This information session, open to members of the Whiteshell Cottagers Association, will describe some of the complexities involved in passing down a vacation property to the next generation, including: minimizing the capital gains tax; deciding how to pass the property onto the next generation; and some of the challenges that can be faced where there are multiple owners.
